It is always a pleasant experience when visiting our local branch. I've had an account there for 15 years and they have been helpful and professional the entire time. They know me and my brother by name and are extremely friendly.

Unless this is your bank its going to cost you for any services. Even if you get payroll or a two party check from US bank. The staff is extremely rude to anyone who is not an account holder or willing to open one. Your experience will make you not want to be affiliated.
