The owner Jim Raysik went out of his way to help us by looking at our vehicle that broke down near his dealership, even though it wasn't from a manufacturer he sells. We are very appreciative of Mr. Raysik's help in our hour of need. Their diagnosis of the problem was also accurate, and allowed us to send the car on to the proper dealer to get repaired (turns out it was part of a factory recall).
