I found the listing for this company by using google search, I work for a dental office and had a patient scheduled to come into our office later today for an appt. and had recently switched insurance. They did not yet have insurance cards and didn't know know who administered their policy. Diebold was listed as their employer, so I thought it might be a good idea to reach out to them to provide the missing information. Boy was I wrong!!!!! Not only was the way the man answered the telephone unprofessional, but he then proceeded to cut me off mid explanation in my request for information and hung up on me not once, but TWICE!!! I have been in customer service for many years and was appalled at his lack of manners and frankly am shocked he is still in business.
