Worst billing department in the country. They couldn't get a bill correct if it was paid in full at the time of service.
Wonderful care in emergency room, overnight care and cardiologist appointments as well as other departments! Love Sue Cass!!
I have seen really bad emergency rooms and hospitals and I mean dirty filthy but the Golden Valley Hospital is the best one I have ever been in. Lets face it not everyone all the time is full of smiles and giggles but I find the staff their to be kind and relaxing. I was pleased with the wait time, hey others need to be seen as well. I thank Golden Valley for treating me with kindness and respect and I won't go anywhere else. Some people that go to the hospital are not doing well and can shake things up a bit, we all need to work at giving kindness and respect.
Arrived at 2:30pm...wasn't shown to a room until almost 4pm...didn't get a nurse in until after 5pm and a doctor didn't see us until after 6pm. It is now 10:30pm and we are still sitting in our room waiting for someone to tell us something. It took over two hours to get fluids and an IV ran. Nobody told us anything or gave us further instructions once shown to our room (ex: don't eat, let us know if you need to use the restroom so we can get a urine sample, etc...) This hospital is definitely living up to its reputation....
Great Hospital w/ GREAT & FRIENDLY employee's;; OB Department is the best && I would recommend it to anyone!!
