Horrible service. If I could give them negative stars I would. Me and a friend and my girlfriend applied for an apt of theirs and got approved, got told we were first in line and that nobody else was looking, called them the next morning to pay and start moving in to find out they put someone in ahead of us. We told them we needed a place asap because our lease is over and house up for rent, and my girlfriend is moving down from Springfield so this really screwed us. Not sure what their issue was but this is HORRIBLE business, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Gared Wombles is a crock, he doesn't care about the safety of his tenets or how faulty a property can or will be he just wants a buck. I urge you not to rent or buy from this man!
