My mother came into this store to shop and was approached by a terribly rude saleswoman who upon asking my mother who her relations were in this town told her she heard she was a terrible person. I can guarantee that mother is an upstanding member of the community and to have the rude salesperson announce to the whole store how she had heard terrible things about her was inappropriate and embarrassing. I hope you will teach your employees how to treat people much better than how you treated my mother.
