Worst customer service ever. I drove all the way from Kansas City to by a gun from them. They put the wrong laser site on it, so I called and they said they would order a new one, and it would be here on monday. I asked them to call me after it had been ordered but never got a call. I drove from Kansas City after having to take time off work to do so, and they hadn't even ordered it, so a wasted trip. Worst part no appoligy, no nothing. After being a customer service manager for 30 yrs. Maybe my expectations are too high, hut I don't think so. The money I've lost in gas and time missed from work, I could have boughtthe gun locally and got a better gun. Then they wouldn't let me return the pistol because it had been fired. No customer service, buyer beware.
