While my dog was boarding, they performed major unauthorized treatments and didn't bother to tell me until I got the bill. Necessary or not, I deserved a phone call and prior discussion. We will not be going back. You do not just do something to a pet without getting the owner and family's permission first. You wouldn't do it to a human child, don't do it to my fur child either.
