Sherman's sent out a Plumber who was knowledgable and professional and got my outdoor boiler back up in operation. I will defiantly call these guys again, and the price for the work was not unreasonable.

Not reliable! Called on Tuesday to schedule Friday appointment. Called again on Friday morning to confirm time and Mr. Sherman said "Something else came up" and said we had "bigger problems" and assumed incorrectly we would have "busted water pipes" due to the recent cold spell. Water has no issues but wouldn't even come to look at our furnace. Literally left us in the cold scrambling for another service tech before the weekend.
