Horrible customer service, constantly reducing service levels, no way to contact the local office, all calls routed to a call center that know nothing about what is going on at the local office. Hasn't billed medicare in over one year so we now are getting rejection letters from medicare because Apria hasn't submitted the necessary paperwork for bills to go through.
