Helpful staff and professional service. I've gone in for glasses and check-ups and I have been very happy with them. They've ordered glasses for their stock just so I could try them out. I've seen them several times over the past two years and it has always been a great visit.
This company lied to us on the phone and continued lying after we drove 35 miles to their store telling us that they were in network with Humana and that Humana would pay $157.00 towards our bill for post op cataract surgery. We paid our part up front $384.67. We thought everything was fine until four weeks later when we received a bill for $157.00 because Humana refused to pay it because Parks Optical was not is Network for Humana . In my opinion Parks Optical is taking advantage of Senior Citizens just to help line their pockets and have no compassion for our loss because of their lies. We wish the best for anyone who deals with this company.
Awful!!!!!!!! Worst service ever. I really hate lazy people and businesses. I mean come on really. My fees went from 35$ to 100$ just cause THEY missed something then 3 mins passed there policy and sorry we have to reschedule. For get it I keep my money go somewhere that my 100$ is valued!!
